Qualified Candidate Election Assessment E-Form Portal

The Florida Elections Commission (FEC) does not accept personal or campaign account checks. All election assessments and qualifying fees must be remitted via an official check issued by the qualifying jurisdiction.

Registration and Fee Remittance:

  1. Access Dashboard: Log into the Qualifying Officer E-Portal, using verified credentials.
  2. Qualifying Officer: Identify the jurisdiction and election cycle.
  3. Candidate Information: Input each candidate with contact details, office sought, annual salary, and qualification method.
  4. Certify Summary of Candidates: Review the compiled roster for accuracy, Save and Complete Registration.
  5. Fee and Exemption Totals: The system calculates amount due based on the entered salaries of each office.
  6. Preview: Review the entries for accuracy. Select Back to make any necessary changes.
  7. Submission: Upon confirmation of accuracy select, Confirm & Submit.
  8. Print and Mail: Print the system-generated confirmation and mail along with your official check to the Elections Commission Trust Fund, within 30 days of the close of qualifying.
